Refund policy

What you can get back, when, and how to ask. Written plainly because a policy nobody can understand is not a policy.

The short version

If your store was never activated, you get a full refund. Once your store is live and the catalogue has been handed to you, the plan is not refundable — you already have everything you paid for.

Before activation

If you paid and we could not verify your payment, or you changed your mind before we activated your store, the full amount is returned to the account it came from. There is no fee and no questions asked.

Refunds go back through the same route you paid by. UPI transfers usually land within 3–5 working days; bank transfers can take up to 7.

After activation

A plan gives you immediate access to the full catalogue, the licensing engine and your storefront. That access cannot be returned once given, so an activated plan is not refundable for the remainder of its term.

The exception is a fault on our side: if the platform is unusable for an extended period and we cannot fix it, we will refund the unused portion of your term pro rata.

Your own customers

Refunds you give your customers are yours to decide and yours to pay. We do not hold that money — a customer buying from your storefront pays you, not us — so we cannot reverse it on your behalf.

You set your own refund policy for your store. We only ask that you publish one, because selling digital goods without stated terms causes disputes you will have to handle.

Duplicate payments

If you paid twice by mistake, send us both reference numbers and we will return the duplicate in full. This is not counted as a refund request.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your store subdomain and the payment reference number (UTR). We reply within two working days and tell you either the refund date or the specific reason it does not apply.
